Several dogs have already exceeded their required hold times, while others are quickly approaching their deadlines. Once a dog's required hold time has expired, they are at risk of being humanely euthanized AT ANY POINT due to space, medical concerns, behavior, or other shelter needs. Firm rescue commitments and confirmed pickup dates are urgently needed. Dogs are listed below in order of urgency. Additional photos, videos, behavior notes, medical information, and available background information can be provided.

This sweet, happy boy was adopted from us back in 2023, and now, heartbreakingly, he has been found as a “stray.” We are working to contact his owner and are hopeful we can reunite Ryder with the family he once knew.
If we are unable to locate his owner, Ryder will need a safety net and a loving future.
Right now, Ryder is still decompressing and isn't showing much interest in other dogs. We will retest him after he's had more time to settle in. Interestingly, he was documented as dog-friendly when he was with us in 2023, so we're hopeful that with time and patience, we may see that side of him again.
