Interesting topics for a master thesis?

Hello everyone,

I've been interested in homotopy type theory for a while, but I haven't read the book yes as I've been reading through the requirements. I think I have a decent understanding of first order logic, and type theory. This semester I'm taking algebraic topology so that should cover the homotopy theory side of the things. However, I have been asked to provide a topic for my master thesis, though I just started my second semester (out of 4).

So, I wanted to ask you if there were any accessible and interesting research topics that maybe I could write about, given my current knowledge and time frame (1.5 years). I will have to be self sufficient, as there are no professors that specialize in logic or HoTT in my university.
