Introducing FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_dbo.Sides_dbo.Cards_CardId' on table 'Sides' may cause cycles or multiple cascade paths. Specify ON DELETE NO ACTION or ON UPDATE NO ACTION, or modify other FOREIGN KEY constraints.

When your migration fails you are given a couple of options:'Introducing FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_dbo.RecommendedBook_dbo.Department_DepartmentID' on table 'RecommendedBook' may cause cycles or multiple cascade paths. Specify ON DELETE NO ACTION or ON UPDATE NO ACTION, or modify other FOREIGN KEY constraints.Could not create constraint or index. See previous errors.'

This sounds weird and I don't know why, but in my case that was happening because my ConnectionString was using "." in "data source" attribute. Once I changed it to "localhost" it workded like a charm. No other change was needed.

The existing answers are great I just wanted to add that I ran into this error because of a different reason. I wanted to create an Initial EF migration on an existing DB but I didn't use the -IgnoreChanges flag and applied the Update-Database command on an empty Database (also on the existing fails).

The association between entity types '' and '' has been severed, butthe relationship is either marked as required or is implicitlyrequired because the foreign key is not nullable. If thedependent/child entity should be deleted when a required relationshipis severed, configure the relationship to use cascade deletes.Consider using 'DbContextOptionsBuilder.EnableSensitiveDataLogging' tosee the key values

It is important to bear in mind that when Aristotle talks aboutimpetuosity and weakness, he is discussing chronic conditions. Theimpetuous person is someone who acts emotionally and fails todeliberate not just once or twice but with some frequency; he makesthis error more than most people do. Because of this pattern in hisactions, we would be justified in saying of the impetuous person thathad his passions not prevented him from doing so, he would havedeliberated and chosen an action different from the one he didperform.

Book X offers a much more elaborate account of what pleasure is andwhat it is not. It is not a process, because processes go throughdevelopmental stages: building a temple is a process because thetemple is not present all at once, but only comes into being throughstages that unfold over time. By contrast, pleasure, like seeing andmany other activities, is not something that comes into existencethrough a developmental process. If I am enjoying a conversation, forexample, I do not need to wait until it is finished in order to feelpleased; I take pleasure in the activity all along the way. Thedefining nature of pleasure is that it is an activity that accompaniesother activities, and in some sense brings them to completion.Pleasure occurs when something within us, having been brought intogood condition, is activated in relation to an external object that isalso in good condition. The pleasure of drawing, for example, requiresboth the development of drawing ability and an object of attentionthat is worth drawing.

Figure 2. Two utility functions which are used to model reward sensitivity and risk-taking. The x axis depicts the expected value of potential choice options. The y axis shows the subjective utility of these expected values given different reward sensitivity parameters. (A) A convex utility function generated by ρ = 1.7. The difference between reward magnitudes is subjectively amplified, which makes it more attractive for the individual to take risks in order to obtain higher rewards. (B) A concave utility function generated by ρ = 0.3. Risk aversion occurs here because potential rewards are compressed, therefore more similar to each other and in turn it will be less attractive to take a risk in order to obtain the higher reward. The black lines illustrate that while the difference in expected values is equal in both graphs, the difference in subjective utility of these options is smaller in the right figure. Axis ticks and labels are not shown to, to emphasize the relative, not the absolute difference as exponential functions scale very differently.

Vision: Continue the joint efforts to protect our citizens and make our nations safer stronger and more secure. The framework is based on trust and mutual respect, with a specific focus on addressing the social causes of violence and criminality, especially by promoting development, social programs and public health. We also reaffirm an approach based on shared responsibility to tackle together our security challenges and ensure a comprehensive approach to our cooperation.

Common mental disorders (CMD) such as depression and anxiety are a leading cause of disability worldwide, and the burden is especially high in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) where up to 90% of those needing care have no access to it [1, 2]. Growing evidence suggests that interventions delivered by non-professionals such as community health workers (CHWs) could be used to narrow the treatment gap for CMDs [3,4,5].

As stated, the second objection is that the parent-child relationship is different from a friendship in morally significant ways, and thus a theory of obligations between friends cannot serve as a theory of filial obligations. According to Joseph Kupfer (1990), not only is it unlikely that parents and children can be friends, it is undesirable. Parents and children cannot be friends because they are not equals within the relationship and they lack sufficient independence from one another to become equals. This lack is not, however, a problematic feature of the parent-child relationship. Rather, it is constitutive of a healthy parent-child relationship. Thus, rather than a friendship, the parent-child relationship is, or at least begins as, a relationship between unequal partners since parents shape who the child will become.

Gratitude Theory is distinct from Friendship Theory in important ways, though many of the demands might overlap. As the filial ingratitude objection suggests, obligations of gratitude can extend beyond friendship, for even after a friendship dissolves, obligations of gratitude for past benevolence may persist. The basis for obligations of friendship is the friendship itself, whereas the basis for obligations of gratitude is benevolence. Although parents may behave benevolently toward their children because of a relationship that resembles a friendship, the friendship itself does not ground obligations of gratitude.

In developing a theory to address this, Seligman (2012) selected five components that people pursue because they are intrinsically motivating and they contribute to wellbeing. These elements are pursued for their own sake and are defined and measured independently of each other (Seligman, 2012).

Having meaning or purpose in life is different for everyone. Meaning may be pursued through a profession, a social or political cause, a creative endeavor, or a religious/spiritual belief. It may be found in a career or through extracurricular, volunteer, or community activities.

A sense of accomplishment is a result of working toward and reaching goals, mastering an endeavor, and having self-motivation to finish what you set out to do. This contributes to wellbeing because individuals can look at their lives with a sense of pride (Seligman, 2012).

For this data set, we define the strength of a tie as the number of distinct types of social relationships reported to exist between the two individuals. For example, if individual i borrows money from individual j and in addition gives advice to individual j, the weight of the (undirected) tie between i and j would be equal to 2. If i and j also attend temple together, their tie strength would be 3 and so on, with a minimum strength of 1 and a maximum strength of 12 for any tie. Note that a tie strength of 0 implies that the two individuals are not connected by any kind of social tie. We denote the strength of a tie between individuals i and j as w ij . Because we ignore the directionality of ties, our definition of tie strength is symmetric.

Because of its size, wealth, and influence and because it was the first state to call a ratifying convention, Pennsylvania was the focus of national attention. The positions of the Federalists, those who supported the Constitution, and the anti-Federalists, those who opposed it, were printed and reprinted by scores of newspapers across the country. And passions in the state were most warm. When the Federalist-dominated Pennsylvania assembly lacked a quorum on September 29 to call a state ratifying convention, a Philadelphia mob, in order to provide the necessary numbers, dragged two anti-Federalist members from their lodgings through the streets to the State House where the bedraggled representatives were forced to stay while the assembly voted. It was a curious example of participatory democracy.

A bill of rights had been barely mentioned in the Philadelphia convention, most delegates holding that the fundamental rights of individuals had been secured in the state constitutions. James Wilson maintained that a bill of rights was superfluous because all power not expressly delegated to thenew government was reserved to the people. It was clear, however, that in this argument the anti-Federalists held the upper hand. Even Thomas Jefferson, generally in favor of the new government, wrote to Madison that a bill of rights was "what the people are entitled to against every government on earth."

The United States stands with countries and people around the world against the genocide and crimes against humanity happening in the Xinjiang region, where more than a million people have been placed in detention camps because of their ethnic and religious identity.

Retaliation occurs when an employer takes a materially adverse action because an individual has engaged in, or may engage in, activity in furtherance of the EEO laws the Commission enforces. The EEO anti-retaliation provisions ensure that individuals are free to raise complaints of potential EEO violations or engage in other EEO activity without employers taking materially adverse actions in response.
