a. Job description
· General tasks:
ü To file, control and maintain HR documents with efficiency and accuracy.
ü To translate and interpret from English into Vietnamese and vice versa when required
ü To perform other tasks under instructions of HR Team Manager and HR Team Members.
· Recruitment:
ü To support in preparation of Job fairs, Career Orientation day and other Recruitment activities
ü To support in preparation of Interview documents, keying candidates databases
ü To support in taking care of Recruitment Test and interview arrangement, scoring, filing documents after test
· C&B:
ü To scan and file monthly timesheet & other related documents
ü To support HR staff to go to Insurance Office to submit documents when required
ü To distribute Health Insurance card to Employees
· Training:
ü To support for Training Activities: support for preparation of Training materials, taking care of class.
ü To support activities of English Speaking Club
b. Requirements
o 1st year or 2nd year student, major in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
o Have a good command of English, including speaking, writing, and translating
o Have good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel & Word.
o Good communication skills
o Pay high attention to details, high responsible and honest
