Shuffle <ol> list in JCloze, and display a maximum of 10 <li> items

If I create an <ol> with 15 sentences (each with its own gap), how do I in HP7:

1) shuffle the <li> items each time the .html page loads, and

2) limit the .html page to just 10 of the 15 <li> items?
