Jcross background picture problem

Hello, i work with windows 11, Jcross is working well but when i choose a background picture it doesn't work. No picture in html page... Has Someone got an idea. Thanks

Hi there,

Can you post a sample exercise on a server and send us the URL? We can't
diagnose the disease unless we can see the patient.
