Hi Martin,
You could add a Hot Potato exercise within a Teams channel as a file for pupils to access, but there is no way for Teams to save any of the data, so you won't be able to see their progress. Teams doesn't integrate with anything like that. Even when Teams claims to integrate with another programme, it only ever kind of embeds it as an add on and the programme finctions within Teams but alone - it doesn't actually function with it, and it doesn't integrate with the markbook in any way, which makes it kind of useless.
I've been fighting this fight in my own school for some time now - we use Moodle which works brilliantly with Hot Potatoes (Version 6, not 7 yet), but Teams is sadly no good for tracing pupil activity with Hot Potatoes.
