[jcross] How do I change the colour of the empty squares?

I want to change the colour of the black squares in jcross.

Can you help me?

Hi Oliver,

 

You need to go into the source file called hp7 using a text editor (such as Notepad – NOT Microsoft Word) and then find this code:

 

table.CrosswordGrid td.BlankCell{

 

In the next line you can change the code next to background-color: #000000; to a colour of your choice.


Save the source file, then generate your exercise page and it should show the blank cells in your chosen colour.
