-Plan, coordinate, and manage production application releases and changes lifecycle knowledge—interaction with development, QA, operations, infrastructure, and business teams.
-Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
-Release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
-Expertise with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
-Understanding of VCS systems such as Git, as well as CI/CD methodologies, and AWS knowledge required.
Nice to have skills:
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Certification, Certified Release Manager) are preferred
Minimum expertise in Production Release of cloud applications, ITSM tools (Service Now), and CI/CD framework and tools experience.
