Job Description

-- Handle complaint resolution and troubleshooting of data core
network (IPMPLS and WIMAX)
-- Provide up-to-date knowledge of IP and Communication layers.
-- Conduct Analysis of traces on layer 3 and layer 2 (trace route and wireshark)
-- Manage fault clearance and analysis on Core Entities for hardware
and software trouble shooting.
-- Generate statistical reports and conduct analysis for Core Network
KPIs and follow-up with peer teams for network optimization
-- Follow-up with IP  NOC Support for Trouble Ticket Management and
providing  necessary support for issue resolution

 Essential Skills

-- Have hands on experience on Juniper / Cisco and Huawei routers/switches
-- Have Strong IP Networking knowledge
-- Have good interpersonal and analytical skills
-- Have working knowledge of telecom systems and processes
-- Have working knowledge of control development and management
-- Be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
-- Have basic understanding of GSM Architecture
-- Have up-to-date knowledge and analysis of IP, MPLS, SS7, SIP and SIGTRAN.
-- Have Advanced IP skills
-- Have good understanding of Linux/Unix Platforms


Desirable Skills
-- Have good reporting and statistical analysis skills

-- Have minimum 6  years of relevant experience

 Essential Skills
-- Able to lead / manage team(s).
-- Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I, BICC and other protocols.
-- Strong knowledge of call flows

Desirable Skills
-- Strong computer skills
