p-value not significant in hierarchical-hotnet

Hi Matt,

I applied gene data with customized scores on hint+hi2012, irefindex9, and multinet interaction networks (downloaded from your Github) to identify statistically significant subnetworks using hierarchical-hotnet, but no p-value of the results of the three interaction networks is significant. Could you please give some suggestions? Thanks!
