Hello,

I run hotnet2, and would like to know whether you recommend to do correct the Pvalues obtained for each subnetwork size. I have read before that FDR can be done following theorem 3 in the original Hotnet paper, but I do not understand how to do it. Could you please also explain me how to calculate it?
