Our 8th Grade Science Survey

We are 8th grade science students who are trying to gather as much data as possible for our science project. We would like to collect data from all over the world and analyze our findings!
We have found that food, defined as "healthy and unhealthy" (natural/processed), is really interesting to study because of how the human body processes different foods. We are also very interested in the cultural differences in food preference around the globe.
We wonder how often people eat "unhealthy" food, and about a preference for salt or sugar. We want to compare our findings to larger health risks like obesity and heart disease/failure.
