Job Title: Director, Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness

Location: Dallas, TX(Day One Onsite)

Required Experience

● 12+ years of consulting, transformation, strategy, operations, or organizational effectiveness experience

● 5+ years leading enterprise scale transformation initiatives

● Experience advising senior executives and C suite stakeholders

● Demonstrated success designing and implementing operating model transformations

● Experience with organizational design, governance, and business process transformation

● Strong facilitation and executive communication skills

● Experience leading cross functional teams and complex programs

Preferred Qualifications

● MBA or advanced business degree

● Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation practices

● Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications

● Experience supporting AI enabled, digital, or technology transformations
