Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
· Experience building automation workflows using AI/ML (e.g., intelligent decisions, predictions, NLP/LLM integration).
· Solid proficiency in Python and/or modern frameworks (FastAPI/Flask), with experience exposing ML capabilities via APIs.
· Experience with monitoring, drift detection, and retraining automation.
· Proven ability to lead technically and train other engineers (not just individual contribution).
