Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Remote- USA

 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Absence Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support projects. Experience with Payroll and Benefits is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

•            Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

•            Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design Oracle HCM solutions.

•            Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

o            Core HR

o            Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

o            Talent Management

o            Absence Management

•            Manage workforce structures, legal employers, business units, departments, grades, jobs, and positions.

•            Configure and maintain Position Management and support organizational hierarchy management.

•            Participate in and lead Job-to-Position Management conversion projects, including impact analysis, data validation, and deployment activities.

•            Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve system adoption.

•            Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.

•            Support data migration activities using HDL and other Oracle HCM tools.

•            Develop and maintain reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas as required.

•            Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.


Required Skills

•            5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.

•            Strong hands-on experience with:

o            Core HR

o            Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

o            Talent Management

o            Absence Management

•            Extensive experience with Position Management configuration and administration.

•            Experience in converting organizations from Job-based structures to Position Management.

•            Strong understanding of workforce structures, security, approvals, and business processes.

•            Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.

•            Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills

•            Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits.

•            Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) preferred.

•            Experience working on global implementations and support projects.

•            Knowledge of integrations and data conversion activities.
