Mobile Tech developer
Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite from day 1)
Duration: 6-12 months

Must Have Skills:

• Mobile Tech Lead (iOS -Swift/SwiftUI and Android -Kotlin, Node.js/Java/Microservices)

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in ios/ android development

Job description:
The Technical lead for ios,android,java will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction in the development and implementation of mobile applications.
This role will involve overseeing the iOS, android, and java development teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards in coding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the ios, android, and java development teams in designing, developing, and implementing mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development for ios, android, and java.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile application development.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in ios app development using swift and objective c.
• Strong knowledge of android app development using java and kotlin.
• Expertise in java programming for backend services and integration.
• Experience with mobile ui/ux design principles and best practices.
• Solid understanding of restful apis and mobile security protocols.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in coding and implementation.
