Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer (Rockwell Automation)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to support automation and manufacturing operations at Unilever’s Jonesboro facility. The role focuses on designing, programming, and optimizing control systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement control systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
· Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View)
· Troubleshoot control systems to reduce downtime and improve performance
· Support automation improvements and system optimization
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related field
· 10+ years of industrial automation experience
· Strong expertise in Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk)
· Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial networks
· Manufacturing industry experience (CPG preferred
