Job Role:- Oracle Fusion HCM Functional – Payroll

Location:- Remote

 

Job Description:

  • Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on US Payroll.
  • Overall, more than 10+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects and having worked on at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud Implementation projects.
  • Should be able to Design, and solve complex payroll requirements, in Payroll configuration 1) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll 2) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and accounting distribution 3) Experience designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex Payroll solutions with client facing experience and should be able to troubleshoot and solve user issues.
  • Should be able to advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Configuration of Payroll as per requirements of USA countries’ legislations.
  • Understand Clients requirements & prepare the Function Design Documents for Payroll including Interfaces, Reports.
  • Configure Payroll module as per requirements.
  • Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Payroll.
  • Good experience in Payroll support and troubleshooting.
  • Should possess strong knowledge on integration between Cloud Payroll & other HCM Modules such as Compensation and Benefits, Absence and Time & Labor.
  • Good understanding of Payroll balance loading and reconciliation.
  • Able to model and test Payroll business processing solutions, design, create, update and execute Payroll flows.
  • Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion.
  • Perform Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations.
  • Act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.
  • Development of customer-facing Payroll documentation.
  • Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment.
