Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to support business initiatives. This role requires strong experience in data engineering, model development, and production deployment within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for training and inference
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy
  • Deploy models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance over time
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Hands-on experience with data processing (Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
  • Experience in building and deploying ML models in production
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or banking domain
  • Familiarity with NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Kafka)
  • Knowledge of model monitoring and explainability tools

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an onsite, team-driven environment
