Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite integrations and underwriting (UW) processes. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between the Guidewire team, implementation partners, and client stakeholders, driving critical integration initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead business analysis activities for Guidewire InsuranceSuite integration projects.
· Collaborate with Guidewire teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Facilitate discussions related to Underwriting (UW) integrations and ensure alignment across teams.
· Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and project deliverables.
· Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to resolve integration challenges and drive project progress.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution design.
· Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
· Support testing, validation, and implementation activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Guidewire Certification (Mandatory).
· Strong experience as a business analyst within Guidewire InsuranceSuite environments.
· Hands-on experience with Underwriting (UW) integrations.
· Excellent vendor management and client-facing communication skills.
· Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex integration discussions.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Experience working in Agile and enterprise insurance environments is preferred.
Preferred Experience
· Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
· Prior experience leading large-scale Guidewire integration initiatives.
Note: Candidates must be Guidewire Certified and available to work remotely during EST business hours.
