This is a high-impact role requiring a strong communicator and relationship builder who can operate seamlessly across large organizations, manage competing priorities, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments. Enterprise experience and proven delivery in large-scale programs are far more important than formal certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Leadership & Strategy
    • Own and drive product initiatives within a large-scale supply chain ecosystem
    • Build and maintain cross-capability product roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities
    • Continuously assess how adjacent programs impact product delivery and downstream outcomes
  • Backlog & Delivery Excellence
    • Lead and refine backlog management processes to ensure prioritization aligns with business value
    • Partner with engineering and business teams to drive execution and delivery
    • Ensure transparency, alignment, and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships across product, engineering, supply chain, and business teams
    • Define and improve how teams interact, ensuring efficient collaboration at scale
    • Influence without authority across complex organizational structures
  • Enterprise Program Awareness
    • Evaluate dependencies across large enterprise programs (e.g., ERP, transformation initiatives)
    • Understand and communicate upstream/downstream impacts to stakeholders
    • Act as a connector across initiatives to minimize risk and maximize alignment
  • Innovation & AI Enablement
    • Demonstrate curiosity and applied understanding of AI in product environments
    • Leverage tools (e.g., Claude agents or similar AI solutions) to optimize workflows, insights, and decision-making
    • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of Product Management experience within large enterprise environments
  • Strong background supporting supply chain or ERP-driven ecosystems
  • Proven ability to operate effectively across complex, multi-program landscapes
  • Exceptional communication skills with polished executive presence
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience driving backlog management, roadmap development, and delivery execution
  • Self-starter with a “driver” mentality—comfortable stepping into ambiguity and owning outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or partnering on large ERP implementations
  • Exposure to AI-driven product capabilities or building/leveraging AI agents (e.g., Claude)
  • Experience in organizations undergoing large-scale transformation programs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Highly professional, composed, and confident in executive-facing settings
  • Strategic thinker who can also operate tactically to drive execution
  • Naturally curious, particularly around emerging technologies like AI
  • “Plug-and-play” mindset—able to step into various problem areas and add immediate value
  • Strong operator who understands both product management and enterprise program dynamics
