Position: Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA US (Hybrid)

 

The purpose of this role is to manage and implement technology solutions for regulatory reporting within a financial institution. The role requires expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, data validation, and regulatory reporting, specifically focusing on the FR 2052a report. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing data management processes.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementation, upgrade, or support projects 
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans 
  • Manage technical teams across time zones 
  • Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates 
  • Knowledge on Oracle Supply Chain & Financial Modules AP, AR, GL, CM – Familiar with tables, API’s and interfaces
  • Good knowledge on Oracle Apps standards, Table Structure, Architecture.
  • Experience with Performance optimization of PL/SQL packages and SQL tuning
  • Competent in Report development / Forms Development and Interfaces Functional
  • Should be able to work independently as well as leading teams across multiple geographies and  should have good communication and client interaction skill.
  • Prior experienced as EBS Tech lead including enhancement projects.

🔹 Client Engagement 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders 
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and UAT sessions 
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations 

🔹 Functional Understanding  

  • Provide hands-on guidance on Oracle EBS SCM modules such as: 
  • Inventory (INV) 
  • Purchasing (PO) 
  • Order Management (OM) 
  • Warehouse management system (WMS)   
  • Shipping Execution (WSH) 
  • Bills of Material (BOM) 
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs and coordinate with technical teams 

🔹 Delivery & Governance 

  • Ensure adherence to Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies 
  • Manage documentation, testing cycles, and cutover planning 

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Technology with Computers or Information Technology (IT) stream.

or

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experienced in Oracle EBS SCM Technical Development.
  • Experienced in SCM Architect roles 
  • Hands on experience of Oracle R12.2.x architecture and SCM data flows .
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus 
  • Experience with integrations (EDI, APIs) and customizations 
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models 
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or French) is an advantage 
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
