Senior Middleware / Integration System Administrator

Location: Minnesota (Onsite/Hybrid)
Experience: 8–10+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced Middleware / Integration System Administrator to support large-scale enterprise systems. The role involves working on IBM middleware platforms and ensuring secure, high-performing, and scalable integrations across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure, and support IBM middleware platforms: WebSphere (WAS ND), BPM/BAW, IIB/ACE, MQSeries, ActiveVOS

  • Deploy code, apply patches/fix packs, and maintain system performance

  • Implement high availability solutions using F5 load balancers

  • Develop and manage automation using Jenkins and Ansible

  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments

  • Integrate middleware systems with IAM/security solutions

Required Skills:

  • 8–10+ years of total IT experience

  • 5+ years hands-on with IBM BPM/BAW, IIB/ACE, and ActiveVOS

  • Strong experience in middleware administration and enterprise integrations

  • Experience with F5, automation tools, and system troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IBM Curam, Oracle IAM, Linux administration

  • Exposure to healthcare domain systems

  • Experience with architecture/design of enterprise systems
