• Support the development and communication of clear business requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Provide guidance and insights to junior colleagues to foster their professional growth and improve team performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices within the business analysis function.
