Job Title :    Business Analyst - Interface

Location :   NJ

Need Local To NJ Candidates Only

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst in a healthcare setting (hospital, health system, or health IT vendor).

* Demonstrated experience with at least one major EMR platform (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or equivalent).

* Working knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT), and common healthcare data exchange formats.

* Familiarity with integration engines such as Intersystems.

* Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping (Visio), and writing functional/technical specifications.

* Understanding of healthcare clinical workflows, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, ONC).
