Job Role :- Trust & safety AI consultant (New Age Tech – AI Consulting)

Location:- Austin TX

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consulting agenda across one or more strategic Technology/New Age accounts, managing business development, client relationships, shaping and selling consulting engagements, and leading delivery.  
  

• Identify opportunities for feasible AI solutions, based on business case articulation, data availability and ethical risks and drive AI transformation roadmaps with actionable business plans.
  

• Ensure compliance with Trust & Safety in AI with up-to-date knowledge of legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks.
  

 

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in a consulting role within the Technology/New Age industry, with experience driving transformation initiatives at companies such as Google (preferred). 
  

• Knowledge of the Hi-Tech landscape, including trends and challenges across multiple areas (e.g., Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR) 
  
• Experience with driving AI product roadmaps, evaluating and improving AI accuracy and organization data science strategy in a consulting role.
  
• Experience with assessing data quality, availability, and modelling opportunities.
  
• Certifications in AI or data analytics (Strong Preference for Google Cloud AI)
  
• Experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AgentSpace, ChatGPT API, Google Vertex AI with strong preference for Google’s range of AI product suites.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to craft high-impact messaging for senior audiences 
  

• Passion for innovation and transformation, with an ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable client solutions 
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
