Job Title: AI-Architect (IntelliOps Architect with Gen AI/ML)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IntelliOps Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Cognizant’s IntelliOps AI solution. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in GenAI/ML architecture, data engineering, and intelligent operations, with hands-on experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·         Architect, design, and implement IntelliOps solutions leveraging GenAI, ML, and advanced analytics

·         Define end-to-end AI and data architecture, including data ingestion, processing, model deployment, and monitoring

·         Lead solution design across AI Ops, MLOps, DataOps, and Intelligent Automation

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architectures

·         Design and govern cloud-native, scalable, and secure data platforms

·         Oversee integration of LLMs, ML models, and AI services into enterprise systems

·         Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for AI/ML solution development

·         Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery and engineering teams

·         Support client discussions, architecture reviews, and technical governance forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills:

·         Strong expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, and AI architecture

·         Deep experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics platforms

·         Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI pipelines

·         Experience with IntelliOps, AIOps, or similar intelligent operations platforms

·         Solid understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and monitoring

Technology Experience:

·         Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

·         Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark

·         AI/ML tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, LangChain (or equivalent)

·         CI/CD, DevOps, DataOps pipelines

·         APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience working on Cognizant IntelliOps or similar enterprise AI solutions

·         Strong background in IT Operations, Observability, Automation, or Platform Engineering

·         Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills

·         Prior experience leading architecture for large, complex enterprise programs
