Job Summary

We are looking for a strong ML Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Databricks ML development. The ideal candidate should have experience working across the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, with a focus on building, deploying, and monitoring ML models within Databricks.

Healthcare domain experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions using Databricks

·         Build, manage, and maintain Feature Stores

·         Develop and experiment with ML models using MLflow

·         Manage model versioning and promote models across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)

·         Deploy models using Databricks Model Serving for:

o    Batch inference

o    Streaming inference

o    Real-time inference

·         Monitor model performance using Databricks Model Monitoring tools

·         Ensure model accuracy, reliability, and scalability

·         Work closely with business and data teams to understand healthcare use cases

Required Skills & Experience

·         Strong experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist

·         Hands-on experience with Databricks ML platform

·         Good knowledge of:

o    Feature Store

o    MLflow

o    Model lifecycle management

o    Model deployment techniques

·         Strong programming skills in Python

·         Experience working on end-to-end ML lifecycle
