Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Note: Payment Domain Experience is must.
Requirements:
- Total 10+ years of experience 6+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst (BSA) in the Banking sector.
- A strong understanding of banking products, regulatory frameworks, and core banking platforms.
- Familiarity with CCAR, BASEL, AML/KYC, loan origination, or digital banking platforms.
- Comfort with business process mapping, data analysis (strong SQL knowledge mandatory), and documentation like BRDs, FRDs, S2T and user stories.
- Excellent communication skills you're just as comfortable talking to executives as you are with developers.
Mandatory Areas
- 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst (BSA) in the Banking sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory frameworks, and core banking platforms.
- Strong SQL knowledge mandatory – 5+ years
- Familiarity with CCAR, BASEL, AML/KYC, loan origination, or digital banking platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers business requirements for Business teams.
- Perform Data Analysis and data profiling based on requirement.
- Prepare Source to Target Data Mapping sheet and provide walkthrough to ETL Dev and QA teams.
- Validate the data in UAT and present it to Business team for their approval.
- Perform postproduction data validation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive real value for our customers and the business.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and developers, making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
Good To have:
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or other Agile/Scrum tools
- Understanding of payment systems, ISO 20022, or SWIFT messaging. Certifications like CBAP, Agile BA, or PMI-PBA.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
