Job Title: SALESFORCE QE TESTER (Quality Engineering)

Client: Healthcare
Location: Remote
 


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QE Tester to support testing and validation of Salesforce-based applications, including workflows, integrations, and backend processing. The role requires strong QA experience, hands-on Salesforce testing expertise, and mandatory healthcare domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute testing for Salesforce workflows, objects, and business processes

• Perform end-to-end validation across Salesforce UI, APIs, and backend systems

• Validate modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Opportunities

• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defects

• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve issues

• Perform regression testing, UAT, and production validation

• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, databases)

• Verify data accuracy across Salesforce UI, database, and downstream systems

• Validate business rules, validation rules, workflows, and process automation

• Perform testing of reports, dashboards, and data visibility rules

• Monitor data flow and validate system behavior across integrated systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA testing experience in Salesforce applications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud concepts)

• Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)

• Strong SQL skills for data validation

• Experience with Python (automation or scripting)

• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)

• Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)

• Experience testing Salesforce workflows, objects, and integrations

• Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member (eligibility, enrollment, benefits), authorization workflows, and appeals and grievances

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications • Experience with TOSCA Test Suite • Experience with Salesforce automation tools or frameworks• Experience in test automation frameworks (UI/API)
