Location: Indianapolis, IN (100% Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: ****Remote Schedule: Resource will be working remotely for the duration of the engagement as per manager’s discretion.

Remote Software Architect Senior

Location: 500 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204

There will be additional background check and security training once hired on site. Do you accept this requirement?

Selected resource will be required to pass DCS specific background, and fingerprint checks. Do you accept this requirement?

Working hours can be between Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 8 hour days. Do you accept this requirement?

Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda            Required          5            Years

Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of the software architecture and providing day-to-day technical guidance to the development teams. This position is with the Child Support Bureau for their Information Technology Department

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, and S3.
  • Manage and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters, including deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Develop, implement, and support document generation or automation solutions using SmartDocument
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build scalable, secure, and automated solutions
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and capacity, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Ability set defined goals and meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new applications and technology platforms.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources and translate business needs into technical requirements.
