** DIRECT STATE CLIENT REQUIREMENT **

Job Title: EHR/HL7 Business Analyst (Healthcare)
Location: Frankfort, KY - Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract
Last rate: $40/hr. on C2C (no negotiations)

** Must have Healthcare client with EMR and HL7 experience **

Note:
1. State Client's experience is an additional advantage.
2. Must provide a Visa copy, Recent Client Proof, LinkedIn URL, and 2 Manager References.
3. Locals or Nearby are given higher priority.
   (Nearby Locations: Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia).

Skill sets required:
 - At least 2 years' experience working with an EHR technical team or HL7 messaging/knowledge of HL7 2.5.1.
 - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST tool) knowledge
 - Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals to communicate message content improvements in the system record keeping of immunizations in KY
 
Skill sets preferred:
 - Experience facilitating interfaces within healthcare organizations.
 - Experience implementing EMRs in hospitals or provider offices.
 - Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
