Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly
experienced CX Consultant with a minimum of 10+ years of experience,
specializing in Oracle CX applications. The ideal candidate must have strong
expertise in Oracle Fusion Service and overall Oracle ecosystem, with
additional experience in SAP being preferred. This role requires deep
functional knowledge, client-facing skills, and the ability to lead
implementations and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Service (CX
applications)
- Work
closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
them into functional solutions
- Design
and deliver end-to-end CX solutions aligned with business needs
- Provide
expertise in Oracle CX modules including service, support, and
customer experience processes
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and business
teams
- Participate
in system integration activities involving Oracle and SAP systems
- Troubleshoot
complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure
best practices and standards are followed during implementation and
support
- Mentor
junior consultants and provide technical/functional guidance
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Minimum
10+ years of overall experience in IT/Consulting
- Strong
hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service (mandatory)
- Solid
understanding of Oracle CX suite / Oracle applications (mandatory)
- Experience
in end-to-end implementation and support projects
- Good
knowledge of integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
with SAP (preferred)
- Knowledge
of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration tools
- Exposure
to multiple CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience
in Agile/Scrum methodologies
