Senior Product Manager – AI Agents
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite )
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, AI Agents on our Agentic AI & Engineering Team, you'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise-grade AI agents built on our agentic platform — leveraging AWS Bedrock, SageMaker Unified Studio, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and other LLM orchestration tools.

Your work will define how intelligent, multi-agent systems operate across the company — from automating complex workflows to powering multimodal, human-in-the-loop experiences at scale. You'll drive impact across multiple business units and shape the foundation of our enterprise AI future.

Key Responsibilities
      - Own the end-to-end product strategy for AI agents across the enterprise, aligned with organizational AI priorities and business outcomes.
      - Design and lead the AI agent product lifecycle, from concept to rollout, iterating through user feedback and business adoption.
      - Develop single and multi-agent roadmaps leveraging AWS Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker Unified Studio, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph).
      - Define product vision for multi-modal agentic experiences integrating RAG, tool use, real-time data ingestion, and contextual decision-making.
      - Partner with engineering, data, and compliance teams to deliver responsible and scalable AI products that meet enterprise reliability and governance standards.
      - Translate business and user needs into AI-driven product requirements supporting high-impact use cases across departments.
      - Establish product KPIs, adoption metrics, and feedback loops to continuously optimize agent performance and user experience.
      - Collaborate with the data platform team to ensure resilient, governed, and traceable data flows supporting autonomous agent decisions.
      - Lead go-to-market activities including training, enablement, and internal communications to drive enterprise adoption.
      - Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and orchestration technologies to advance platform capability and maintain competitive advantage.
      - Partner with legal and security to ensure privacy-by-design, data lineage, and auditability are embedded throughout the agent ecosystem.

Education
      - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.

Preferred Experience
      - 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in AI/ML or enterprise platform products.
      - Proven track record in delivering LLM-based applications or AI infrastructure.
      - Hands-on familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (S3, VPC, SageMaker, Bedrock, IAM).
      - Experience balancing innovation and reliability in mission-critical software environments.
      - Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to make trade-offs under ambiguity.
      - Background in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale launches.
      - Deep understanding of data governance, observability, and explainability in AI systems.
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly translate complex technology into business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like
      - AI agents are actively delivering measurable business value across multiple business functions.
      - The platform evolves through strong governance, performance optimization, and expanding use-case adoption.
      - Cross-functional stakeholders view AI agent capabilities as a reliable, scalable foundation for enterprise automation.
