Description :

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Scrum Master who can go beyond traditional Agile facilitation and truly drive delivery and execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning and align sprint execution with strategic priorities
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Provide visibility into delivery progress, metrics, and overall health
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized, execution-ready backlog
• Use metrics (velocity, capacity, forecasting) to improve delivery predictability
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Delivery Manager
• Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and leadership
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Ability to go beyond ceremonies and own delivery outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
• Background working with multiple teams or pods
• Experience with metrics dashboards and reporting
