Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Consultant to join a client-facing team supporting Accenture Federal Services. This remote role requires advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Core HR modules. The Consultant will lead and perform full-lifecycle implementation activities, including business and system analysis, hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, and release management. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with clients to conduct CRPs and fit/gap analysis, overseeing the implementation to align with project goals, and ensuring the functional accuracy of customizations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Module Expertise: Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Core HR.
- Full-Lifecycle Implementation: Proven ability to lead and perform hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management.
- Client Collaboration: Experience collaborating with clients to conduct CRPs (Conference Room Pilots) and fit/gap analysis.
- Project Leadership: Ability to lead analysis sessions, manage project resources, oversee implementation timelines, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Support: Experience supporting transition to production, coordinating testing/approval activities, and ensuring the functional accuracy of customizations and issue resolution.
- Education & Soft Skills: Bachelor’s degree required, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
