Job Title: Python FastAPI + React Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC 27617 (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend and frontend development, API design, and modern CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Python web applications using FastAPI
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services
Build and optimize React.js components for a seamless frontend experience
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
Work with databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy

Must Have Skills:

8–10 years of overall software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
Hands-on experience with React.js
Experience with API development, controllers, and database connectivity modules
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and space/time complexity

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with AWS services
Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing frameworks
Understanding of NoSQL databases

Certifications:

Not Required

Top 3 Responsibilities:

Coding and Implementation of backend and frontend features
Unit Testing to maintain code quality and performance
Collaboration with team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
