Role: Test Lead - Automation
Location: Plano, TX
Mode of work: onsite (5 days/ week)
Job Description: Primary Skills - IVR Testing, Cyara
· Min 5+ years Software quality assurance / technical testing experience in Voice/ Contact Center technologies namely Genesys, IVR, CTI, Softphone, Call Recording, Verint.
· Hands on experience in contact center Technology, experience in testing Genesys call routing, CTI / custom softphone applications, IVRs validation is a plus.
· Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA.
· Hands on experience in Cyara and should have extensive experience in using Data Driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, Tags and running campaigns.
· Load Testing activity in regular intervals and report generation.
· Design and/ or Oversee development of test approaches, test strategies, test plans, and test results to ensure testing is right- sized and risk- based testing principles are applied.
