Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Experience Required:13+ Years

 

Role Description:

• Design and lead Oracle HCM Cloud architecture across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions), Journeys (Journey Checklists), Approval Workflows, and Security (Roles, AOR, Data Security).
• Drive Oracle Redwood UX adoption for modern employee experiences and UI transformation.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Workforce APIs, and downstream enterprise systems.
• Define data flow architecture and reporting ecosystem alignment using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake integration frameworks.
• Design and implement Oracle HCM security models, including Roles, Areas of Responsibility (AOR), Data Security, and Redwood security alignment.
• Establish configuration vs. customization strategies aligned with Oracle best practices and Redwood standards.
