The documentation (as well as the code) is now at SourceForge:

You are right. The website is randomly reverted to an ancient version.
Sorry for the inconvenience. (Actually, I would update the link on the
peachfuzzer.com wiki, but the front page is "locked".)

It is possible to use the mailing-list of HotFuzz for more specific questions:
