Rates on booking.com

I have the free version of the software ... but if I want to put prices to the rooms and that they are updated in booking.com, I get a sign that I should have a paid account .... is it like this? In the page of hotelasp says that the free version has channel manager ... how can I manage the availability and the values of my rooms and that are in booking.com?

The free version includes the channel manager.

Before you can edit prices you need to define a pricing model using agents, room types and rates. After you should set the calculated rules between rates and only in the end you set the rates that are not automatically calculated.
