Who is the person in your business you go to for your online sales
channel information?
Are you a general manager who is a bit bemused by it all?
Are you a reservations agent who has been given this to do because
you're the only person who understands it?
Are you just brilliant at channel management and can't understand what
the fuss is about?
Or are you relying on your 18 year old barman because he's the only
guy who knows how to log in to the back end of your travel agent
websites?
Either way - who are you and how do you organise yourself?
