Sharing work

I created some instructions for sharing work directly between personal
repositories. We should try to stop using jarvigit on umbrella as a
staging ground for sharing.

I will be taking ownership of a few repositories and removing them from
jarvigit:

issue1
pinning
undo

In addition, others should try to move their branches from jarvigit to
their personal repos, and using the instructions linked above for sharing:
