Hi Wesley,

There are 7 billion people on the planet, most of whom we will never meet or spend any time with.

Each person we meet, greet, or see is connected to us through our soul's journey. There is something to learn and receive from them. There is something to give or share with them.

When we first see someone, we may notice an initial "charge" of repulsion or attraction. This charge or judgment, allows us to notice the person.

We cannot know, based on an initial response, or date, what the bigger picture, or purpose, this being may have in our life (or we in theirs.)

When meeting someone new, or on a date, or in a longterm relationship, I practice noticing my jugdments/thougths, then releasing them.

Clearing my mind and opening my heart.

Going slowly into new relationships so as to maintain presence, awareness, and consciousness.

When having those first conversations, I envision that I am centered, connected from heaven to earth, and compassionately unattached.

I speak my truth, gently, authentically, compassionately and appropriately. I choose language or terminology that will help them understand me.

Before speaking of Tantra, I might first ask them if they are familiar with Tantra. Or what Tantra means to them. Or if they are curious about hearing of my experience.

Sacred sexuality is our birthright. It does not belong to one religion, training, or culture. It is in our DNA. When we return to heart open presence, we find it.

I might ask a first date about their experience of presence, the sacred, or relationship.

I would BE the love I wish to see. I would keep breathing and releasing attachment that this person needs to do anything, become anything or share anything in my life.

I would focus on "seeing" them darkness and light. And to contributing my compassion, presence, and care to their soul.

I find when I do that, it usually works out beautifully.

I would try to be aware of any "shadow issues". Am I trying to brag, or show off my expertise? Am I perhaps trying to distance them or test them? Do I like being right. (These shadow issues pop up for me. Then I get to have compassion for me. Clear my mind. Open my heart.)

Clarifying my own heart and intention is so important.

What is your sense in reading this?

Warmth and blessings,
Francesca
