Role: Onshore Prod Support Cloud Data Engineer

Location: Hartford, CT (Remote for now)
EXP:- 8+yrs experience
Job Description:
• L1 production support based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for job failure related incident tickets during on call period
• L2 production support for data related incident tickets & data help related
• L3 production support for service request related tickets (Ingestion)
• L3 production support for fixing minor bugs
• Responsible for meeting agreed SLA for incident tickets and service requests
• Responsible for coordinating & resolving problem tickets
• Responsible for implementing the automation scope based on problem ticket
• Responsible for Prod SME role for transitioning the projects from Dev team to Support team
Skill set:
• Solid prod support experience in L1/L2/L3 level of support
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge on entire SDLC process
Technical skill set:
• Strong knowledge/experience in GCP (Infoworks, Big Query, GCS, Pub/Sub, DataProc, Airflow/Composer etc.)
• Strong knowledge/experience in Unix/Shell Scripting
• Strong knowledge/experience in SQL
• Experience in Tidal & Service Now ticketing system is an added advantage
• Knowledge/experience in Python, Spark is an added advantage
• Knowledge/experience in Hadoop Eco System (Hive, HDFS, Map Reducer etc.) is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Infoworks ETL tool is an added advantage
