Job Description

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Oracle certification (preferred)

2-4 years of technical experience working with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation

2-4 years of comprehensive FIC skills including: Compensation Plans Design and implementation best practices, Hierarchies, Classification Rules, and Calculation, Sales Credit Management

2-4 Years’ experience on OTBI/BIP reports.

2-4 Years’ experience on Sales cloud customization tools like Application composer, Page composer, Groovy scripting , Web Services etc.

Familiarity with FIC data model.

About 5 year’s of overall experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
