Location: Remote Ok but in EST working as customer might
ask for onsite in couple of months.
Desired skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 8+
years’ experience in IT/Management Consulting Services and CRM projects. This
individual must be passionate about Dynamics CRM, has excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking capabilities as well as a bachelor’s
and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. The
candidate must have strong skillset with analysis, design and
architecture, and scoping CRM solutions deployment of Microsoft CRM.
The candidate must have Microsoft Dynamics 365
experience working on cloud. Candidate having expertise in Banking and Dynamics
CRM implementations will be an added advantage. We prefer the candidate to have
Banking and CRM certifications as well.
Technical experience:
- Extensive experience of working
on Dynamics CRM projects - experience in designing and delivering technical
deliverables on customer projects and have hand-on customer and
stakeholder engagement experience.
- Able to provide technical input
and oversight to ensure successful project delivery Dynamics CRM
development team. In addition, Dynamics CRM migration, integration with
middleware is essential.
- Applications Development,
design, and customer stakeholder management.
- Acting as a developer / design
role to be expected to have an excellent level of knowledge of software
design and software development with the Dynamics CRM Online technology
stack - including Power apps Portals.
- Based on requirements, provide
technical analysis, and recommend solutions and approaches to accommodate
constantly changing business requirements.
- Writing specifications and
providing technical analysis documents.
- Knowledge and experience on CRM
and Power Portal deployments from environment to another environment is
essential.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Experience in a client-facing role; liaising with
clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshops.
- Solving complex, multi-app CRM projects
- Designing and building CRM Plugins, Javascript
Libraries
- Designing and building custom and complex
workflows
- Designing and building enterprise solutions
- Knowledge with XRM Toolset, CRM SDK
- Knowledge of third-party apps like Unified
Service Desk.
- Building SSRS reports / Power BI reports
- Experience in Power Platform
Responsibilities:
- Participate in mid-sized
Microsoft Dynamics CRM related projects.
- Work with clients and
other team members to create layout and design CRM Solutions based on
client requirements.
- Engage the client as a
trusted advisor and quickly gain credibility.
- Participate in
requirements gathering sessions.
- Consult with the client on
a "best practices" approach to CRM
- Plan and execute Microsoft
CRM upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with
TFS
- Hands-on
experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows and JavaScript
