10+ years of expert-level ServiceNow development (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, workflows, UI development, workspaces, dashboards, ACLs, update sets)
10+ years of ServiceNow architecture (orchestration, CRM, integrations, CMDB)
10+ years of ServiceNow portal customization (widget development, theming, UX/UI principles)
Leadership & Collaboration:
Strong mentoring/training skills for junior developers
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Project Deliverables:
Optimize intake workflows (custom forms, required fields, confirmation messages)
Design and implement ServiceNow portals for external/internal users
Develop automated workflows, communications (email/SMS), and integrations (UInteract, FileVine, FileBound)
Configure access controls, reporting, dashboards, and custom apps
