10+ years of ServiceNow portal customization (widget development, theming, UX/UI principles)
Leadership & Collaboration:
Strong mentoring/training skills for junior developers
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Project Deliverables:
Optimize intake workflows (custom forms, required fields, confirmation messages)
Design and implement ServiceNow portals for external/internal users
