Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring including metrics, alerting, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and synthetics for end-to-end visibility.
• Configure and maintain dashboards (Grail & Classic), tagging, management zones, and observability workflows for proactive issue detection.
• Work on open pipeline, parsing, and log/metric ingestion to enable complete observability and data correlation.
• Perform agent installation, plugin setup, and cloud integration across environments ensuring seamless monitoring coverage.
• Drive incident analysis, root cause identification, and workflow automation to improve system reliability and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver E2E monitoring solutions aligned to business needs.
